Commission & Attribution
Sales generated using the Affiliate’s Code will be attributed to the Affiliate only if: The Code is applied correctly at checkout; The purchase is completed (i.e., not cancelled, returned, or refunded) within the Company’s standard return/refund period. Commissions for Code-driven sales will be calculated and paid in accordance with the terms of the Affiliate Agreement. The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions for sales linked to fraudulent Code use (e.g., self-purchases, fake orders). Fraud & Misuse The Company will monitor Code usage for fraudulent activity (e.g., repeated use of a Code by the same Customer, artificial order generation).5.2 If fraud or misuse is detected, the Company may: Revoke the Affiliate’s Code(s) immediately; Withhold or reverse commissions for affected sales; Terminate the Affiliate’s partnership in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement; Pursue legal action if losses are incurred.
